Looking back over some MSN Strategic Accounts Summit notes, I found this. It’s a pretty darn good description of what a media company can do about social networks and consumer-created content, courtesy MSN’s Joanne Bradford:

“If you meet 100 people, three are interesting. This is how to meet the interesting ones.”
